"On else off" functionality
-
Hello,
I know I can do it with the alternative launcher but I can’t use my custom keybinds with it.
I’ve searched the forum, the docs and even on Google but couldn’t find anything.
So, do you know how to make a button as “on else off” ? pleaseWhat I want to do exactly is :
The X56 throtlle has a fake slider button that slides but isn’t an axis. It’s just a button at the right end of the slide.
So I want the speedbrakes to be open when that SLD button is pushed (slider to the far right) and closed when the SLD is anywhere else (ie : released)
Thank you -
You can, it is actually pretty straightforward if you are willing to edit your keyfile manually with a text editor.
The procedure to invoke an action on key up/key down is a bit complicated to write down in a single post, but all the info is on BMS Manual, especially section 10.5.2, on the basics of each key line, especially ‘Third Part’ ; and 10.8.2 for an actual example.

Search the technical manual or forums for “0x42”

Thanks a lot guys, I had the wrong keywords so it was pretty hard to find.
