Can I change TAPE0000 file name format?
-
Hello guys,
is there any way to change the ACMI file name standard format, from the typical TAPE0000 to something else?
For example
" ATSALIS %CCYY-%MM-%DD %hh-%mm-%ss " -
Just sort the files by date/time?

Sorting the files in some manner is not what helps me. The name of the file is what I need to be created by Falcon in a different way, unique, so there want be any chance at all that it gets overwritten when moved to an archive folder.

I just checked mine here and it already does what you request? Note I’m running 4.37.
4.36 and earlier do NOT appear to do this.

@Tiger-0 Indeed that works, but after I changed the acmi format from VHS to the new ACMI.
Furthermore, is it possible to add another information at this label?
For example, we fly a 2ship, we go Camera-On and then Off coordinated.
When we go for debriefing we would like to be able to see whose tape is each one, so instead of
2023-01-29_14-34-35.zip.acmiwe would prefer to be able to have something like
2023-01-29_14-34-35_Atsalis.zip.acmior to make it more generic for every instance, lets say,
2023-01-29_14-34-35_BMSLogbookCallsign.zip.acmiThat would be the best!
