@FireWind sounds like you’re having a problem with the New / Alt Launcher? OP is referring to the old launcher
-
@tristam299 I’m not sure what problem could be… are you able to just launch BMS manually?
\Falcon BMS 4.37\Bin\x64\Falcon BMS.exe
if the exe is missing maybe it got quarantined or deleted/moved accidentally or something?
-
@airtex2019 To be honest, for some reason I cannot find THAT *.exe you have mentioned… no problem with the anti-virus too… what the heck?
-
@FireWind no idea … backup everything you care about in /User/Config subfolder … then reinstall :shrug :
-
@airtex2019 So far, re-installed and uninstalled 5 times… each time using the BMS DOWNLOADER to update to the latest and each time doesn’t work…
-
@FireWind keep an eye on your antivirus quarantine ?
no idea what else to suggest
-
@airtex2019 I noticed that when you install and update to 4.37.2 and the update finishes, the .exe is immediately disappearing… Turned off the antivirus, really don’t know, I’m gonna get crazy!
-
I found the problem and it is about the antivirus.
It continuosly put the exe file in quarantine. Find it in quarantine files and restore it. -
@tristam299 Is that so? Which antivirus do you use? I use ESET Internet Security…
-
@FireWind Yes!! I use the same. Eset
-
@tristam299 Damn! Found out it was doing the same! And identifies it as “Trojan”! This is ridiculous! I never had any problem with ESET… Well, until now!
Thank you man!!! Much appreciated!
-
@FireWind It is ridiculous. Set the exe file as an exclusion in detection, otherwise it sends the file again and again to the quarantine.

@tristam299 Well done! I submitted the file to ESET as a “false positive file”… Let’s see! Thanks man!
-
@FireWind I didn´t realize to do submit it to Eset. Well done!!
