Hi there ! I would like to know if this kind of electronic card is configurable with the F4TS software?

@Vespa as far as I know, F4TS is for outputs, not inputs.
Also, I doubt this board is arduino based

I appreciate this is an old thread, and F4TS is for outputs, but I thought this might be helpful information if someone ends up on this thread looking for joystick controllers.
Some of those cheap game control boards can be modified to have analogue inputs as well as the digital inputs. This instructable by limastraker shows show to connect axes to the controller:
