Go into settings txt set splitscreen to 1 ie on. To see that it is working try setting tone map to 1 this will show up a big difference between the two sides of screen.

Well only ATI EYEFINITY can enjoy this and surround and TH2GO. we must contact them make them aware of the problem and hope for a solution.
I just posted in SoftTH orum for this issue let’s see what will happen…

Yes Just CTD’s.and ways this dx upgrade you speak off. If its DirectX I already have 11 installed. Had it before I even downloaded sweetfx

I’m interested if someone has tryed FXAA:Post Process Injection Tool for Falcon BMS
I have tryed this tool today, and I have received interesting resultsFXAA Post Process Injection Tool - FXAA Post Process Injection injects different post processing methods to games, like Anti Aliasing, Sharpening, Bloom, Color Tones etc.
Note: Currently only DirectX9 is fully supported. DirectX10/11 support will be added together with the integration of SweetFX.
DirectX8 to 9 conversion is supported with the added ENB files.LINK

Problems with textures wings after install SweetFX… Any solution??
-
Maybe try to disable all AA settings (top 2) in that program.
Or deactivate and try a less intrusive like gapa.
Good Luck… -
It did not work crazyTom… When I’m with the external view everything works perfectly, it happens only when I’m in the cockpit.

Ive been using both SweetFX and FlightFX (interface for RiseOfFlight) for use with IL2 COD…
Just installed it per Rons instructions, but the difference between on and off was minimal.
Does someone have an optimized setting file for BMS?Also, being that we are turning off MULTISAMPLING, what settings are best in the NVIDIA or ATI control panels?
Thanks
-
i think that because we all have different monitors and different settings its best to play wiyh sweet fx settings until you get the desired look.

SweetFX and SoftTH Solution
Cant try it now but the guy says it works… so here we go:
http://www.kegetys.fi/forum/index.php?topic=3148.0
Hopefully this will help people trying to do the same. I’m using softth 2.08b alpha on Vista 64-bit but I imagine it’ll work on any version.
Softth has a line in its config file for specifying the d3d9.dll to load - if I use this with the fxaa dll or the smaa dll I would get this error:
–-------------------------
SoftTH message windowDirect3DCreate9Ex not in DLL!
Windows 7 or newer required!
‘d3d9_fxaa.dll’OK
I’m using Vista but I’m guessing it would give the same error in Windows 7 since the fxaa/smaa dlls don’t expose that function.
So I can’t use that option. Here’s the steps I used instead:
1. Get softth working the way you want without the fxaa or smaa injector.
2. Rename the softth d3d9.dll to soft.dll, and move it into c:\windows\syswow64 (64-bit Windows) or c:\windows\system32 (32-bit Windows)
3. Put the fxaa or smaa or whatever postprocessing d3d9.dll (and the rest of its accompanying files) in the place where your softth used to be (the game dir)
4. Use a hex editor on the fxaa/smaa dll and rename everywhere you find d3d9.dll to soft.dll (should be about 3 places) - be careful not to add or remove any bytes to the file!
5. That’s it.In theory this should work for the old version of softth as well.
I’m using it with Dead Space currently. Vista 64-bit, softth 2.08b, single Nvidia GTX 295. I’ve used both “injectSMAA” and “fxaa post process injection” so far, and both work (if using fxaa, use the fxaa_tool.exe to disable all the effects you don’t want that it adds by default).
Good luck Smiley
please report back…!!!

SweetFX that works for IL2-COD and ROF, didn’t work for FalconBMS for me either (even with the FalconBMS “multisampling” graphics box turned off). This is why I gave Ron’s procedure on page 4 a try. I don’t like that we are essentially dumping the files into FalconBMS without an interface to turn it on or off; but it was the only way to get it working. Just adding a new flight sim to FlightFX and enabling it didn’t work when I tried for FalconBMS.
The problem I saw was that the default tweaking files were not optimal for FalconBMS, which is why I saw little change with SweetFX on or off (using the scroll lock key). Someone has probably spent the time and effort to tweak it for BMS, I just haven’t found it yet. There are pictures from guys that did do it with good effect, and not too vibrant to look cartoonish.
If someone gets FlightFX (SweetFX rolled into a GUI) working for BMS, please do tell how this was accomplished.
