Was just wondering if there is a plan for the release of U1. I don’t mean to try and rush U1 but it would really solve my microstick issue if it is fixed in that release.

Whats wrong with your microstick? Maybe the issue can be easily solved; not to mension that U1 (whenver it is released) might not bring the solution that you’ve hoped for.

I was in touch with Kolbe who said that the radar cursor is broken in this release of 4.33. My cursor is all over the place and won’t stop moving. I can’t lock anything up with it in this situation. So I’m wondering why I haven’t heard too many others with the same problem.

Only thing is that it works fine in DCS and worked fine in 4.32. Only started doing this after uploading 4.33. So am I to assume then that none of you are having the same problem?

My cursor works fine. Is yours set up by making keypresses with your joysticks software?
If so, try remapping the cursor keypresses in both the joystick software and in the BMS keyfile, so as to not use Shift, Alt or Ctrl modifier keys.

counting on a “magical update” to fix an issue unique to you without any specific info, is… well… “optimistic”?
An update, which will arrive at some point (as 4.33 had no computer blowing critical bugs on release, there is not rush),
will include bugfixes to known issues, like in any software patch.
the coders, talanted as they may be, cannot however fix something which is not a well defined bugand for this issue to become one… well… there is a lot of debugging to be done first

I have this issue a bit - I think the deadzone doesnt go big enough for some ministicks. Hardware issue really, though I would welcome an extra-large deadzone option.
