KEYSPEECH 3.0.0 released. Now supports multiple DirectX PTTs!!!!
-
Just installed Trial KeySpeech. Running it as Administrator, Setted UHF/VHF Hotas as PTT and also installed “_BMS_432_chipi_V3.0-KEYSPEECH-COMMS only” profiles. I Have those 2 issues. First one as soon as i run KeySpeech. The second one When i load profiles.
I also have a question. Seems that i have to choose one profile, each one refers to a specific callign. Is this means that i have to select proper profile every time i fly a mission with different Flight Callsign???Hi, it seem that there are no Windows Speech Recognition profile.

Hi, it seem that there are no Windows Speech Recognition profile.

Is this a problem? Can i run KS anyway or it won’t work?

I am not sure if the profiles are backwards compatible with Keyspeech 3.0. Anyway the new profiles for KS version 4 are ready, I just need a litlle time to prepare the post to publish them with all the details.
Just a big picture, now with the synonyms, a small single profile will do for all the original F-16 callsigns (including all numerals combinations Avenger, Claw, Falcon 11,12,13,14 ….91,92,93,94.
the phrases are basically the ones for the v3 profiles, but with little retouches and corrections.
I don’t want to keep you guys waiting and not being able to test the new version, but the detail explanations will have to wait.
You can download the F-16 callsigns profiles with this link.
Can’t access. “Connection denied”

You need to setup Windows Speech Recognition with one of the following languages : English (United States, United Kingdom, Canada, India, and Australia), French, German, Japanese, Mandarin (Chinese Simplified and Chinese Traditional), and Spanish.

I’m trying KeySpeech. It looked promising, but I’m experiencing CTDs in game with it and Tech Support isn’t very helpfulor doesn’t respond. Is Voice Attack a good buy?
-
thumbs up for Voice Attack, 8€ well spent.
Cheers, Uwe

Does VA also depend on Windows Speech Recognition? Perhaps they all do.
-
I think all these type programs use Windows Speech Recognition. I have used most of the voice recognition programs without issue, including Keyspeech and Voice Attack, my current program of choice. VA has lots of features and flexibility other programs lack.
-
Thanks Habu. Does VA have a Falcon BMS profile ( with the paid version)?

Yep it does, might require some fiddling on your part and AFAIK it doesn’t support callsigns, but that’s no big deal IMO (you could always create a profile for all callsigns and I think somebody in fact did just this a while ago here on the forum)
All the best, Uwe

HI Everyone, been using keyspeech for a few years…just upgraded to windows 10, keyspeech loads ,profile loads ppt set, it shows when i ppt the accuracy but its not doing anything, even in notepad. No voice command no voice beep, anyone have any thoughts?
Edit forgot to mention the 20 command trial of voice attack works, so im sure windows recognition is set up fine.

Hi @headcase,
May you create a new KeySpeech shortcut, then right click on this shortcut, choose Properties in the contextual menu, then in the target box, add -d at the end (Ex.: C:\Program Files\KeySpeech\KeySpeech.exe -d).
Restart KeySpeech using this shortcut. Excute at least one command. Then may you give me KeySpeech.log file (PM) located in the installation folder.
Best regards
