Can't Press Settings…

Hi guys,
When i press settings button Falcon stops responding.
I have downgraded my graphic card driver just for use falcon with full-screen mod. Cuz with the latest AMD driver my falcon stops responding also…
So today i got a new joystick and wanted to use falcon with full-screen and downgraded my G.C. So i have entered the setting at least 60-70 times fot setup my joystick setting and i almost done until getting crash. I deleted dx9display and restarted my coumputer but nothing changed. Crash log attached.
