[4.35] Missing "set g_bDoubleRTTResolution 0" option from the "falcon bms.cfg" file
-
Hey all
There used to be this command line back in 4.34, taking either 0 (off) or 1 (on / default) values, which did the following: “Doubles the resolution of the cockpit displays (MFDs, HUD, HMS, RWR, DED, PFL), internal and external”
This used to give my a huge performance boost when set to 0 as the PiP screens (HUD included) do drain some resources; so halving their resolution was a pretty good tradeoff.
Unfortunately, this doesn’t seem to be available anymore - I don’t know if it was intentionally removed or not. I’ve manually added the line to my 4.35 config file but it doesn’t do anything.
Is there a way to have this option back?
Thanks!
