Wrong AWACS info

the TGT real altitude is 2000ft, but E-3C told me 16k.
this happened in campaign 3.
i m pretty sure he is the only TGT in that area.

Well, it shouldnt happen in BMS. That said, IRL brevity exists to point out that the altitude of a target AWACS is passing was determined by a fighter source - as AWACS on board radar is not as good at determining that exactly.
