AI crashing @ landing in Israel v0.991 (Nevatim AB)

Hello,
some friends and I have just begun the v0.991 Israel campaign (vs. Syria).
At taxi we observed several AI-F16 crashing at landing on runway 20R.
In fact all the AI planes landing at Nevatim AB are crashing right before landing.
Is this known bug?

I have to admit, that we altered the campaign-file (added a squadron F16-C Blk50 to Nevatim).
Is it possible that that’s the cause?
