For fuel tanks not only te appearance have to be considered but the capacity. Su-25 mostly never carry drop tanks because on inner HPs are AGMs.

suggestion:
replace Jaguar 1500li tank with 2000L-M2kDN, its camo look like design for it, much better than 1500lisame reason for Tornado UK, 2000L-M2kDN match the plane camo.

suggestion:
replace EF-2K 1000l AMX with 1000L AMX, 1000l AMX has no texture, very ugly. 1000L AMX is much better. -
If only camo is issue I can ask a skinner to make a skinned drop tank instead giving unreal drop tank just send me pls. some reference material about drop tank. I do not care about EF because it is not part of '80s and not even '90s theater.

BUG REPORT
my airport is destroyed completely, but planes keep tkof in 2D strategy map.
i m not sure if origin campaign has this bug, IIRC, it does not. -
It is code related bug not my MOD causes it. Mav-jp said it will be fixed in 4.33.
About drop tanks. All Tornado use the same drop tank therefore even we have a skin to fit to GR1. it will lokk strange on German or especially grey skinned Tornados. So, which drop tanks should be skinned…?

If the UK Tornado GR1 is selected it will have same camo as GR.1 but will look weird for green Luftawffe Tornado and vica versa. Another option is close again fuel tank s I have done for F-15s but nowadays I’m too lazy to do this.

if u insist all Tornado carry same tank, then 1500li is good choice.
i just relpace tank of Tornado UK only, and keep 1500li on GE.

I won’t change the type of tank for Tornado because as I know current tanks are real one. I appriciate your reports but you selected the most unimportant part of the game from my aspect. I would love to read about campaign experiences…

I tried to fix carriers. Even I import the database entries from current DB do not work in 3D world. I can assign in TE as homebase as in stock Korea but you cannot enter in 3D world. I have no idea why. I appriciate any help from anybody to fix the issue.

maybe the carrier model cause it?
i download Tomcat’s ship model before, use in origin campaign, but i cant land in TE mission “naval-F14 landing”

I imported these DB entries because they are different in U7 DB as in mine. (Even I did not touch any of them.) Besides these just for sure I imported the vehcle, the unit (task force) DB entry and as I can remember even the CT data. I did not solve the issue. The station.dat file is same as in U7 DB. I do not have any more idea what can be done to fix at least one carrier. I can swtich back to oroginal LOD but my guess it won’t work.

Your PD Id’s are different then stock.
So u must altered them or used the add copy to create new ones?Some times it get’s fubared and u have to work on a backup to resolve the problem.
Happened to me many times. I was backing up everyday so I would loose a days work.
Once even though I lost many weeks as I didn’t test some minor changes and had to go way back.
F4Browse IMO is way unstable and causes many write errors that result in CTD’s specially when u do heavy work with it.
Other times when u work on something else it fubars something else.
I’m sure u have noticed that Molni many times.Edit: Sorry I meant PD Ind and not PD Id.

F4Browse is rock stable to me, never caused any issues. Whenever I set something and was functional remained functional regardless of other changes. During the DB tweaks besides the daily backups I always made backup before any major DB change and LOD integration. This made possible to keep CTD free the DB. I made everything step by step.
This is why so shocking this carrier issue. I did not do anything and now they are not work as they did.
Bad Boy did something in 2012 for Iron Fortress, I never touched carriers in any campaigns and neither in DB, the only thing what I did that I deleted other ships in carrier group because of modeling issues but this does not have effect on carrier operations. Even I reimport the carrier and strike group (battalion) the functionality does not come back.
In previous releases worked the CV - at least you could take off but I have never tested the ILS/TACAN - but now the only function which work that ATO generates mission and AI can fly them, but I still did not checked what happens when AI controlled flight should appaer on deck when I’m inside the bubble of CV.
Edit: I forgot to mention but I also imported into my DB from U7 from “objectives” part the neccessary carrier object.

well Molni u r lucky or u have a different F4Browse version or mine has problems.
In the past F4browse caused me 2 models to merge and show up at the same time, and in many other cases just ctd when trying to enter 3d, well some where model related…
Maybe antivirus or something else who knows but I had many problems.u say u didn’t touch anything but still the PD Ind’s on Truman are different. I see different values for Truman that don’t exist in my stock database.

Which means to me during updates some DB changes happened which was never mentioned in changelog…

Well one more issue - reason why new dev tools are needed specially that merging - updating tool.
In the past I waited for last u7 to come out and say it’s the final before 4.33 and then I started my changes for my squad theater so not to redo after every update.

My DB is has much older origins because the work started in spring of 2012. My modded DB came that era.
Just a small status report. I started to work on Iron Fortress campagin two days ago. So far 150 battalion and squadrons have been placed, the AC + helo and backbone of AD have been done. I will check one more time today carriers but in case I won’t find solution I do not wish to spend more time as long as we do not have fully functional cockpits for naval jets, there are other priorites, for ex. release the frist full version.

Molni I don’t want to discourage u but u work on it from 2012… and “soon” 4.33 will be out which we all know it will have major Database changes so u will have to redo all those from scratch?
