"mpr97.dll is missing from your computer"

Every time I try to open the Set up Torrent, it says “mpr97.dll is missing from your computer.” I’m pretty sure I mapped the setup to Falcon.exe, and the same problem happened when I tries to open Falcon.exe. (Before I installed setup torrent) I really need some help. I think I may have done something wrong.
