Is there a way to add my joystick controls without entering setup ?
-
Good day everyone,
Unfortunately my Falcon BMS works fine except that I cannot enter “setup” menu as it causes a CTD, I want to add my joystick so I can use it rather than a keyboard, is there a way it can be done without entering “setup” menu ?

First, no, you can’t.
If you can’t enter the setup menu your BMS installation ist way off working fine. You should completely re-install BMS or sort the setup menu problem out another way first.

Thanks for the reply,
How do I sort it out then ? I have requested aid however I don’t which resources in out to seek in order to help me.
My installation is a fresh new installation.
My only logical way is to reformat Windows all over.
However I’m seeking any solutions before doing so.
I posted my crash log but there is no response from the community.
Thank you -
You have posted the last time yesterday evening, a little more patience
You can first try to run the BMS.exe (have you tried both, 32 and 64-bit?) as Administrator and in Compatibility mode e.g. Vista SP2

Vista SP2Thank you for giving me hope , I purchased a laptop especially for Falcon BMS.
I have tried to run both 32 and 64 versions, also I tried disabling both Video cards (Intel and Nvidia) to cut out any possibilities , my final try will be installing it on a different drive, from drive to D:drive as a another step.
If you perhaps know anyone who can help or a source please do guide me.

I for my parts would NEVER recommend the laptop/Win10 combo for a dedicated BMS PC. But the damage has already been done so ….
If you have the chance i would at least try to deinstall win 10 updates, i often read about problem after updating windows. If it is really a dedicated BMS PC i would consider to install Win7 on your laptop.

I used the recommendation list from this website when buying the laptop, unfortunately it’s not feasible to re install Windows 7 at this moment, do you know any experts who might be able to help through reading the crash reports ?
