Keyspeech activation Problem

Hi guys, attempting to use Keyspeech for game. I purchased the program, Opened c\programs x86\Keyspeech to place email license into .exe file, but there are 20 (+) files in there, and only 3 folders, of the three folder none are marked .exe (files). The only file marked .exe is the Keyspeech .exe and it is a application file if opened it goes to Microsoft Visual Studio. So I have a email that says place it in the same folder as the Keyspeech .exe file but, which file is the question. Do I try to open it and read it (program unknown) or just place the email at the bottom of the stack and the program/.exe will read it. I’ve written the developer but no answer to question so, for all that have gotten Keyspeech to work i.e. installed the email license could you pass along a few clues as to how to install the license key sent with the email to get Keyspeech to accept it and start working.
