      Hello guys!

While in game, for some reason, I’m experiencing a dramatic drop in the fps of the cursor of the mouse (inside the cockpit). The rest of the game runs fine, but the cursor is “lagging” and it’s a bit annoying because I cannot get it where I want sometimes… Is there a way to fix this?

There is a setting in config for mouse lag.

As Arty said there is a config setting called something like anchored mouse. For me it was on by default. I unchecked it and it solved the mouse issues I was having. In my case it was very ‘jittery’ when trying to click OSBs for example. Changing that setting smoothed it out and corrected my issue.

Nice, where exactly is this setting? I’m looking in my config page but I can’t find it… By the way I solved this problem. I had by accident topped the resolution up to 3200! And while the game itself wasn’t lagging the cursor had issues - changed it back to 1600 and increased the mouse sensitivity and works like a champ! 🙂

If I recall it’s under hardware in the config utility. Glad you got it sorted.

Actually the setting is under general and is called Enable Anchored Mouse Cursor

I got 3-5 fps boost by replacing 4.33.x cursor icons by 4.32 ones.
Not a big boost but it really matters when you average at 25 fps with a super low PC and all eye candy off.

Hope table will turn cause Im upgrading my rig.

4.32 mouse icons? They where changed in 4.33?
The gain is an always gain ? Or only when the mouse cursor is displayed?

                        Default

                        Click

                        Pull

                        Turn

These are the old cursor icons I am using from 4.32 install.
The gain is usually seen when moving mouse around which became a very little bit smoother.
My actual intention was to have the old cursor in 4.32 in 4.33, but accidently I found out that it actually smoothened a bit.
No idea why it happened, but it was good 😄
