Hi all. Apologise if this post is outside of the scope this channel. My ISP is PlusNet. I live in Birmingham UK. I cannot get the ports open for the life of me. I spoke to PlusNet who said their routers/service is port forward enabled but they will not provide any help or guidance. I’ve set up the ports as per portforwarding.com and I even set up a static IP address but nothing ports still shut. Windows 10. Any UK users of this ISP who could provide any help getting me online?

RE: New Player A-A Refuel 4.34.4
Hi Flow,
Thank you for your response. Honestly this game is amazing and I tip my hat to the community and the hundreds of people who made this possible. Unless I’m reading the wrong version of the manual, and it which case I genuinely apologise, it seems vague and incorrect and I noticed a spelling mistake (me being picky lol). In a real life air force training environment, unless by design, it is very clear what you are, as a pilot, are expected to do. When selecting training mission five, in the training manual, in my humble opinion, it should be clearer and have a diagram showing the missions window and the two training mission options available and which one to chose depending on loadout. In the manual it tells you that if AWACS is available then…… In a flight school training room, for absolute clarity, they would tell you if, in this training exercise, AWACS is available or not. Not leave it just out there. It tells you to use channel 12. That channel is wrong and therefore my first stumbling block was I have no information about the TACAN channel to be used. Also with the the enhanced HSI I think it should explain what option to select with the virtual M button. I still don’t know and will have to take further study. From your reply, and I really appreciate that, I must be looking at an older manual version.

New Player A-A Refuel 4.34.4
Hello ladies and gentleman’s,
I am new to BMS. I have version 4.34.4 and am trying to go through all the training missions. Take off, navigation and landing fine (Inc ILSL) but I’m not feeling the support from the A-A refueling mission. There appears to be two training missions with different loadouts (CAT I & CAT III) get it. Struggling with things like what Comms channel should I be using? What is the Tacan frequency? How do I change to T/R AA mode? Is there any guidance or videos you can suggest to help. A-A refuelling difficult enough but getting TACAN guidance and Coms seems lacking in explanation. I note the HSI is a new electronic version in training. All help greatly appreciated. Devs have done an amazing job and after I understand the process for 4.34.4 refuelling A-A I’m happy to submit a draft revision for that part of the training manual. -

RE: Alt F3 & Alt F4 Not working for range sensor gain
Hi Stalker. Ty for your reply. I’ve managed to resolve the issue but it does leave a question hanging as to what the range knob does. Any ideas?

Tracker Ir 64 bit?
I noticed my Track IR software is 32 bit. Is there a 64 bit version I should be using?

RE: Alt F3 & Alt F4 Not working for range sensor gain
Hi all,
To clarify. I wanted to be able to change the range on the radar MFD and I have now sussed out how to do that. The function is RDR-Range increase or RDR-Range decrease. This didn’t happen when I used the range increase (or decrease) “knob”. So what is that knob used for? I’m new to BMS btw, hence my learning curve. Can you advise what that knob is used for then please?

Alt F3 & Alt F4 Not working for range sensor gain
*** See my reply for the actual query ty ***
Hi all,
I have a Windows 10 computer. When I click Alt & F4 or F3 to change sensor gain, nothing happens. Any ideas?
The key bindings seem to be fine. i.e. when I press those keys in the setup page it goes to the sensor gain description line.
It used to work. The only difference I can see is that my cursor is a large-ish yellow crosshair with the points at (nw, sw, se, ne). I didnt really notice that cursor before. Possibly it was just a normal crosshair (points at n, s, e, w).
All help greatly appreciated.
