RE: 4.35 U3 Rants, feedback, comments
@seifer I gave up updating another popular military flight sim mainly due to tech restraints and although it would be nice to see all those fancy graphics, I prefer the all round package that BMS has got to offer. After two attempts at trying to dive straight into this sim, which ended in miserable failure, I am now wading my way through the tutorials and things are starting to make sense. I am by no means an expert but the sheer level of detail and dynamic campaign more than make up for the lack of lens flares and fluffy clouds. It seems to run butter smooth on my old pc saved by lots of ram and a half decent graphics card. Please keep up the good work and looking forward to future upgrades.

RE: Virtual Crew Chief With Foxvox
Waiting patiently for update 3 before I get back into BMS. looks like this software will be very useful and add to the immersion. Thanks for all the hard work.

RE: News from the frontline, 4.37.3 delayed (and explained)
@Icarus I might have to get used to the sound of water pumps, which in my opinion should only be in an aquarium. Guess I have to move with the times. Tbh I think a mid range Ryzen coupled with a 6700XT would probably sort most of my problems. Decisions Decisions.

@Seifer I am running an old i7 combined with an AMD 7950 3 GB card and 32GB of RAM. This system has served me well over the years and still runs the existing BMS smooth as silk. I also play Steelbeasts and I have noticed some major frame drops with the newer updates. I think the terrain updates for BMS might just be a step too far but I will give it a go when it arrives. It’s probably time to invest for the future, I am thinking i9 13900 and rx4090 with 64GB RAM should get me through the next 10 years. I have noticed a price drop of nearly £1000 (UK) within the last 6 months currently at £3250 for that system, not sure if they will drop much more.

Thanks for the detailed update. I think this might be my last update to BMS for me for a while, my old pc is starting to show its age now. System prices seem to be gradually falling now so it won’t be long before I have to make the AMD vs Intel decision to last me for another 5 years hopefully. Thanks for all the hard work.

RE: Custom views
Thanks for the response, I had a feeling that this was going to be tricky. I have now downloaded Fish’s excellent opentrack profile which seems to give me just the right amount of zoom and FOV without the custom views. I can now get at the air source and eng cont switches which is a bonus. Would recommend this profile to other Opentrack users.

RE: Fish's Voice Attack for BMS...
This voice profile combined with Fish’s excellent opentrack profile brings an extra dimension to BMS. Thanks for all the hard work.

Custom views
I have successfully created some custom views in the cockpit. Does anybody know if it is possible to call up each custom view individually through Voice Attack by giving them separate names rather than having to cycle through all the views. It would be great if I could call left console, right console, UFC etc. I would mainly use this feature for startup and then switch to opentrack after take off. I appreciate there is a 2D panel but that can get hard to read on my relatively small monitor. Thanks in advance for any input.
