In the search bar at the top right, search “t16000m” then in the results, click on the thread titled “Yet Another T.16000M FCS HOTAS Review and Setup”. I use it and it’s absolutely perfect.

RE: Connection Issues with MP
Hi guys,
Thanks for your inputs. .boomer. you wonderful human being you. Although I had updates up to 5 installed and showing on my setup menu, for some reason my splash screen still had update 1 showing. I have no idea why or how that happened but it wouldnt let me reinstall them from the setup program as it says they were already installed….although they weren’t… Helpful.
Anyway, cue a full re installation and so far so good. Splash screen is showing .5 Build 16804 now so I can only assume that was the problem. Thanks for all your help. I will post back when up and running.

Connection Issues with MP
Evening chaps.
I’ve been trying to get online all evening. Its my first time doing it but I was scheduled for a familiarisation flight with a squadron and fell at the first hurdle. Getting online.
Tried everything I can think of, so did the chap on the other end of teamspeak but we hit a wall and don’t know where to go, so I guess it’s over to you…. I’ll give you all the information I can but if you need anymore then please ask.
I’m running BMS Falcon 4.33.1
I also run the Alternate LauncherI set my firewalls to allow Falcon BMS.exe and IVC, inbound and outbound. (When I ran comms - connect. The firewall warning I had before setting this appeared, after setting it, it no longer showed, leading me to believe this is OK)
Within my router, I set port forwarding for 2934-2937 TCP&UDP for BMS and also 9987-9989 TCP&UDP for IVC.
I ran the simpleporttester.exe program and this confirmed that all ports are open.I attempted to connect to my squadron server with no luck and then to the Veterans server and again no luck “Failed to Connect to Server” is the error message. (my buddy on teamspeak was able to connect to veterans so the problem is definitely my end)
I have triple (plus) checked all IP addresses are correct, I’ve been at this for 2 hours now with no joy.
If it helps at all, this is what shows on the alternate launcher debug window when trying to connect -
*** Creating RAKNET NetworkHandler ***
NETWORK (00.1): Connecting to host 205.161.30.10:2934
NETWORK (00.1): AddSessionNetworkData 255 205.161.30.10:2934 (0)
NETWORK (00.1): SessionNetworkData::Connect()
NETWORK (00.1): PASSED
Calling EndCampaign…
SetFlyState 0
Calling EndCampaign…
SetFlyState 0
WM_ACTIVATE 0And then I get the failed to connect message.
Any Ideas?

RE: Bms launches in low resolution (not menu)
I did this too and yes it worked. Although I kinda got used to the smaller, sharper launch screen and mission maps!
After the roll back I had do re install all the programs I had installed post update which I thought was strange but not too much bother, it was only BMS (again!) and the TARGET software for my HOTAS. And strangely, it now starts up three times quicker.MS did a proper job with that update. Automatic updates have now been switched off too.

RE: Bms launches in low resolution (not menu)
So here’s a funny one. Last few days I had BMS installed on my boot drive SSD. (oversight when first installing) after realising the size of it I finally got round to uninstalling and reinstalling on my larger gaming SSD.
The compatibility trick worked on the previous installation, but not on the new one today. I tried the Disable Optimization method, it sorts out the resolution, but stutters and crashes…Ive had to resort to windowed mode.

RE: Falcon BMS Alternative Launcher (Easy Setup, Keep Joystick Assignments)
Hi guys,
I’ve had a quick browse through but cant see a solution to my problem.
So I would like to migrate my BMS program (with Alternate Launcher) to my second SSD. I copied and pasted it in and all looked well. When I go to launch however I had the error: Could not locate file C:BMS…… Full.key. No problem I thought, I just put a copy of the key file back in my C drive. This seemed to work until I came to launch the game, where I don’t get any error codes any more, just nothing happens when I click launch.
It seems the program is still looking for files on my C drive when I’ve copied them all over to my G drive. Is there any way of telling the program that they have moved?
