Greetings gentlemen. I have a bit of an issue here I’m trying to workout.

I have the T.16000m FCS and throttle. The TARGET software crashes my computer 90% of the time when I try to close the program. Because of this I am making a custom keyfile for BMS in the Keyfile editor which ships with the game itself.

This controller setup doesn’t come with a profile in the editor so I am using, “Generic Primary” for the stick and “Generic” for the throttle. Everything appears to work well except for one thing. I can’t for the life of me get the POV hat on the throttle to bind as anything. In game on the controller setup page nothing comes up when I use that POV. Where as when I hit the stick POV hat I get the corresponding button calls and bind description.

Generally speaking I leave the T.16000m stick selected as the “Controller” in the drop down on the setup page in BMS. If I select the throttle as the controller, the POV works as intended; in this case simulating the TMS functionality as I have the POV on the stick set to be. Then of course the stick doesn’t work correctly until I swap it back to the, “controller” in the drop-down.

I’ve tried swapping the device order. I’ve tried various dx programming by hand in the keyfile, however this seems futile as i can’t tell BMS what devise to look at for this particular POV.

I’m trying to bind the comms to this POV hat on the throttle. So far the only way I’ve gotten it to work correctly is binding it through TARGET. It’s probably worth noting that I went into Star citizen and tested it. That game had no issue picking the throttle POV hat up and binding it. In game star citizen labeled the throttle POV hat as, “Hat 2”.

Attached is a PowerPoint file i made to easily callback the direct X numbers so you can see what I’m looking at here. Thanks in advance for any suggestions/info you might have!
