Back in the old SuperPAK days I made some different UI music for Falcon after getting a bit tired of hearing the same old guitar riff. Of course most of us turn the music off but it’s nice to get a bit of variety.
The music includes comms from NATO aircraft engaging FR Yugoslav MiG-29s and an F-16 during the Kosovo War.
To use, make up a backup of the original ui_x.ogg files in the /data/music/ folder, then copy these ones across. Or just feel free to listen to them on your own accord. Some of them are more miss than hit but they were fun to make at the time. Enjoy!
(N.B These files have been converted to OGG Vorbis to work with Falcon BMS. If you want to use them on older versions of Falcon 4.0, you’ll need to use the original WAV files here.)
