Drop the ed
-window

Ok,i try it but I don’t want to run in window mode only. So,i explain it better;the 2D mode like the menu will run in windowed mode and when i trig the takeoff it will run in my flight in full resolution of my screen.

yes it will run on the resolution that you will set in the graphics settings in falcon.
but it will be a window.
Since you will have the border of the window some part right and bottom will not be displayed, just a few lines as much as the window border is.You can disable the border if you like.
If you don’t want it windowed when you fly then remove -window switch. Adding the -window at the end of the shortcut acts like a switch, an on/off switch.
It’s windowed or not for all aspects of Falcon BMS. You can’t have it windowed on the menus and non windowed on the flying.
Though it would be a nice feature… to choose which you want windowed or not, but now this is how it works.

Choose a smaller rez in the setup page.
Why do you want to run in “window” ??
And did you read Badgers Post ? so it should read “C:\Falcon BMS 4.33 U1\Launcher.exe” -window’
