Hotas Cougar
-
Hello!
I have had Hotas Cougar for a long time now, and I have some questions.
On the throttle, I have buttons, switches that are broken. Can I still use it without worries? For the stick, I have no problem.I have Windows 7 and if I have to update my cougar, can I use the pilote version for vista 64bits?
Do I have to use foxy for simulators like falcon bms and dcs or not?
Thank you in advance.

Yes you can but you will not be able to use their functionalities if they are totally broken.
No foxy is used to program your own commands if you like.
Yes we use Vista 64 bit driver for 64bit OS. I have also win 7.
From ccp u can load the files for cougar (tmm and tmj) for the game you want bms or dcs or whatever. You must set the axis correctly fist and do a manual calibration for sure.Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-T818A using Tapatalk

OK thanks.
For foxy, I’m not inclined to use it. Do I have to do a clean installation for the cougar?
