Display at 1920X1080 issues

I’m running on an old Dell I3 530 and just updated graphics card to GTX1650.I think once the sim started in that resolution, but after competing a mission, exiting and going back in the resolution changed to something lower. The grahics is set at 1920X1080 in setup but is not at that resolution when flying. Any thoughts? I haven’t played much but wanted to start back up. Running 4.33 version.

Hello, this is well known and is not an issue, the menu resolution is 1024x768 and it can’t change, the native resolution of the monitor is present only in 3d world(during flight), for the menus the resolution is lower.

delete dx9display.dsp file in folder:
C:\Falcon BMS 4.34\User\ConfigWhen you run falcon it re creates the file.
Now set your native resolution for your monitor and try it out.
If you have two vga cards select the GTX1650 from the dropdown in your gfx setup in the falcon setup UI. -

Do you have 2 graphics cards on that Dell ? … eg. Intel and Nvidia … Then try running BMS with Nvidia card then , then select 1080 resolution.
Also, I’ve had problems in Win10 1803 version with old graphics driver not letting me in 3d more then 1024x768 … and I had to turn ON this on the shortcut, see pic in attachement.
… also , last thing… even, it somehow shouldn’t be related to 3d resolution … This only controls on screen position of radio-menu … but, in my case, even if I’ve selected 1920x1080 in setup, in 3d it would go in 1920x1200 until I’ve add that RED line in that file:
!.. be careful , that 1080 line must be EXACTLY there , first sorting by vertical , then horizontal resolution
