What bombs? What method of delivery? What is it you’re not sure about? We need some more information before we can help.

For detecting moving mud you use radar in GMT mode.
Make sure your TGP is slaved to it (no AREA and no POINT track), OFC it should be in AG mode.
Make sure your laser code is the same as code set in UI and that laser is in combat mode (in training mode it won’t guide bombs).
Also make sure that autolase is set to about 12 seconds.
You need to arm the laser with laser arm switch then wait some time until you see L on TGP. L means that laser is ready to go.
Lock on your moving target using FCR. TGP should be slaved to FCR and show the target location.
Then you have to make TGP SOI and hit TMS UP to track the target. Verify that point track mode is active.
Now proceed with normal CCRP drop.
Laser should start firing automatically when predicted time before impact reaches value programmed on ICP/DED.Common mistake is forgeting to set laser to combat mode, because its in training mode by default.
It would be the best if you make a video showing your problems. This way we could help you for sure.

When dropping from high altitude, especially if the mover has changed direction, it can help to fire the laser at least once before it goes to auto firing.

as I do more mud moving mission it comes down to finding the target, even after during briefing I do recon and switch to gmt over the float area. I just can’t seem to find them everything I lock up and declare is friendly. It has to be something I am doing wrong and to be honest probably something very stupid on my part. Thanks a lot folks for all your help to date. My meds probably do not help either, lmao.

This is very good information. Thank you.Bullet

This is VERY helpful. A lot of new players have a hard time with guided weapons at first and this is probably a fix for 80%+ problems.

It can be helpful t create a FLOT line on the HSD with the STPT lines (This is done in the 2D by right-click the map and add stpt line). Make it as far away from friendly units as possible, but still between friendly and enemy. That way, you will be able to see the FLOT on the HSD, and when you move the FCR cursor, it also shows the cursor location on the HSD. Anything you find past the line should be hostile. For big groups of targets that don’t move much, or areas that have a lot of targets but no friendlies close to it, use the STPT lines to create a “BOX” around the area, that way you know anything inside the box should be fair game. Also remember that when units stop at an objective, say to take a defensive posture or try to hold a town, they will NOT show up on the GMT, which is moving targets. You will need to switch to just GM.
