Bms graphic level
-
If this post is referring to the graphics ingame setup, then which one of the diferent settings is mentioned ?
-
Multisampling AA quality level is being referenced.
And its setting “3” or up to “7” is Hardware/driver dependent on it interaction to the Falcon’s 3d display engine.

That is exactly my problem, having the max available multisampling level to 3, the bullseye numbers are sometimes hard to read unless zoom in my fov, and under pressure it’s an annoying task

Have you tried turning off in game msaa and enforcing it via your NVidia control panel?

Nope, will do and let know the outcome

I still find difficult for a 980m to compare with a 1080 and both give a max value of 3 within the setup…

I’m not shore more AA is going to help with font readability.
Is the monitors native resolution being used for BMS ?
What is that rez ?
AND have you set the Advances settings from the “Set Up” page?

What is that rez ? 2715 x 1527 (which is the external TV i am using for it)
AND have you set the Advances settings from the “Set Up” page? Yes.
currently i am not using Nvidia to handle the graphic settings for BMS and i experience also some fps drops on the ground. I wonder if those may be improved somehow as well

2715 x 1527, what a set of weird numbers.
Are you trying to do some sort of Oversampling/Downsampling in the drivers ? (OGSSAA)
“Dynamic Super Resolution renders a game at a higher, more detailed resolution and intelligently shrinks the result back down to the resolution of your monitor”
This is why your font is hard to read.
Totally unnecessary for Falcon.

The reason of the weird resolution is the TV i am using (46") to be honest is its native resolution (i guess) if i try to go down to 1920x1080 everything gets very pixely. What i would like to do but i am not sure if possible with bms is to supersample, and compress an higher res in a smaller screen but in that case i should basically go over 3k (which will definitely kill my fps). Right now I’m already pushing my little 980m to the limit

Like I have already mentioned, have you activated a setting in the Nvida driver that has to do with AA.
What are the details of your TV, brand & model ?? It is almost certain to be a 1080p screen.
Size of panel has little to do with rez.
A GTX980m is a entry level chip meant for laptops and will die in the backside tiring to go at or above 1920x1080

didn’t activate AA or any other functions from the Nvidia control center.
the tv is a LG but unfortunately i can’t see any other details on it (i didn’t buy it myself, it’s in the house i am renting)
