Isreal Theater - the theater I love the most.

I had a little problem in my last campaign against Egypt and one of their air bases. I chose the SPICE 2000P against the runways. I set the weapon steer points as 1, 2, 3, and 4. When I got into the aircraft and powered everything on, I set the targets into the DED Spice page. When I pressed the A/G button, on the SMS page was a target listed which I had flown on the last mission. I aborted that mission and tried setting the weapon targets again with the exact same results. I aborted again. This time I used the “Clear All” before I set those weapon targets. This did not change a thing. So, I finally just went ahead and flew this mission, thinking that I would just have my AI wingman attack the target. Of course my target was over a hundred miles from the actual target of the runway.
I don’t know if anyone else has had this problem. I really hope not. It may be that since I normally just stop the campaign clock and then just minimize the sim.
Raven,
Thanks.
I love this theater because is shows how closely the people of Israel live to countries that pose a direct threat to their daily lives.

Have you tried to clear the target list using WDP? I am not at the pc at the moment but I believe WDP has that option.

Thank you. I will try that when I get home.

Sounds to me like it’s left over from the previous mission as a saved precision steerpoint on your DTC. Open the DTC and check the targets. Toggle to any old ones and hit ‘Reset’.

If it does indeed turn out to be a precision steerpoint, I’d recommend making resetting these a routine part of your debrief.
In addition, I’d also recommend using 99 for your precision steerpoint, and for additional ones use 98, 97, 96 etc. This prevents saved precision steerpoints from co-existing with navigational steerpoints in subsequent missions.

Hi guys I don´t want to begin a new post, so I am asking here. Me and my friends are flying ITO, where one of us create and share server for others. We are attacking Lebanon and Syria - they have SA5, but these SAMs never launch on us. It is quite weird - when we plan the missions, all threats are legit and working. But we can lietarally flying over their heads and nothing is happend. Only SAMs which work are SA6 and 17…
Is it some kind of bug? Thanks for answers… -
Can you please define the over their heads like in feet in altitude?
R u flying TE missions or campaign?
Have u looked at their supply status?Στάλθηκε από το MI 5 μου χρησιμοποιώντας Tapatalk

Hi,
I ment literally “over their heads” - we provoked the SA5 in deifferent altitudes, speed - nothing helped. There was no reaction.
It was normal campaign - the first scenario. According their supply status was everything ok… Other SAMs reacted verry well, but no SA5…
