Old F-14B Cockpit
-
Because of “issues” all of the models and the site is banned here as I can remember.
I have EBS stuff but leave it alone. can only use their kuz and pits for my personal self. Since I don’t know about the bans, but have heard something about it, and their docs insist that we don’t use their stuff,
I just leave it.the f14 pit that Chuckles got permission to use is pretty good, and in some ways better than the ebs’ f14pit. so I just use it.

I just wanna have a proper mfing f-14 pit to fly in, especially now that dcs has its own f-14 and pit, falcon bms should do the same, come on guys, fing get it together already and release a pit that everyone can ****ing use and fly in! Regardless though if you can help me star I would really appreciate it.

Like I said earlier, you can use the F-4 pit. I fly it quite regularly, all avionics ,even the targeting pod works , no missing or flashing panels some how I got rid of the mirrors don’t ask how it was done , in one sortie I got 4 aircraft kills so cockpit management is excellent no scrolling around to look at displays everything is right in front of you. Brain fart I got a free unused button on my joystick I’d like to use the MFD SWAP button on it, if any would be so kind to tell me what key binding of MFD SWAP is I’d be grateful …

It’s not the same thing though! The f-4s cockpit is completely different compared to the f-14

are you just here to bash or have you actually installed and started up BMS and flew an F14 sortie?
no it is not 100% accurate.

I am so sorry Starstriker that nobody has build you a F14 cockpit. You are right, they are so stupid for not spending all their free time to build you one.It only takes a couple of months, how could they not!?! What a shame! But seriously, thats not the way it works here. Either you wait patiently… Or why not start creating one yourself? Tools are there and everything can be learned. Thats the beauty of Falcon editing. So take it easy please.Cheers Obi1

Well, I can tell you where there is a f-14 pit it is in 4.32 Korea80s theater, all in the objects folder, I’m a 32er and flying the 80’s theater after I swapped objects to clear up some issues and lost that pit Bluewolf’s site had that theater for download up to you what you do with it.

Dude, I’ve been waiting patiently enough for an F-14 pit that can be released to the community for the entire community to use, not just me. So, like the rest of you guys I have been waiting patiently for the day that we get a proper F-14 pit that can be toggled on and off. I was not trying to complain and whine and just be a general whiney person like you are claiming to be. I’m just annoyed that EBS F-14 pit that they say works, doesn’t work with my BMS 4.33 U3, but yet the line they tell you to edit points to the Falcon BMS 4.33 U1 folder since you can’t change the name of the folder otherwise it crashes on load which is happening to me right now after installing the EBS F-14 pit

Pepe’s pit is in Somalia at least, and other theaters. Not sure all that have it atm.
F14 comes with a “reduce speed” blink on HUD that can be removed by adjusting LEF.Other than that, it works great.
This is the same pit I think that Molni has in 4.32 80s theater.
Have you tried that one?

Ok then, but the tone was a bit too demanding and aggressive to me.Cheers Obi1

Hi starrats what other theaters in 4.33 is that cockpit in? I cant ever get the F-14 properly because it instantly explodes as soon as I spawn/land on the carrier/runway
