No sound in BMS
-
Hi,
I received a new PC but I can’t configure properly the sound setting. I have no sounds in UI and 3d world when using my speakers.
To have sounds, but of poor quality, I need to use the speakers included in the monitor withNvidia drivers.
Maybe the speakers are not detected by WIN 10 but I have found no drivers for them.My hardware:
Ryzen 6 3600
Mother board X470 gaming pro with realtek high definition audio, drivers uptodate 6.0.87651
Logitech X 230 speakers (no drivers found)
Win 10 family ver. 1903 18362.295It 's probably not a BMS related problem but I’m new to Win 10 and any clue would be welcome.
Thank you.

Welcome to the Win10 sound management
I have also all sorts of problems with Win10 and BMS sounds. Not the elast of them having to plug the headset before launching BMS because if I don’t do it, there’s no way Win10 will route BMS sounds to the headset (and since plugging the headset mutes the main speakers, I end up with no sounds at all)Anyway, click the speaker in your taskbar and make sure sounds are routed to your speakers and not to the HDMI speakers of your screens
Hope that helps -
Yes, if the speakers are selected and nothing. Only way to have sound in game is to select the HDMI speakers.
In device manager I have Realtek speakers installed asaudio output.
I think the realtek speakers are leftover from the PC assembly. Maybe I need to unsinstall them and plus mine after.
Will check with the vendor and try that later.Thank any way for your help.

Ok,problem solved by unstalling drivers and replacing with a latest one downloaded from Realtek website.
