As I wasn’t sure which pot from Digikey (except throttle, which is 1040-1156-ND - REPPOT615, stamped 900-6158 1741 on the housing) went where I bought a couple of each. All I needed was my right toebrake, which was (orig. CH) stamped HP-100A 0315 on the housing. There was only one of the 3 that had a shaft matching (and pins bent 90 degrees) so I used that one. The new part number is 1040-1164-ND and is stamped HP-100A 1709. Seems to work perfectly, no more jitters and jumps. Not sure yet where 1040-1173-ND, stamped 900-615C 0537 go, have to assume as the are shorter (look just like Throttle Pot and have identical travel) they are for rudder and Fighterstick axis. Here is a pic of original and replacement for toe brake…

the guys that make contactless sensors for ch products should come here too we may need them
have you tried the contactless sensors on fightertick and throttle ?the same sensor is suitable for fighterstick and for the throttle ? I mean you only need 4 same sensors and that’s it? Have you tried 1.3 version sensors? Can I use in fighter stick one sensor for example for elevator and keep the rest potentiometers for the other axis ? Is the price 22 euros for one sensor right? Are you huppy withthem?

You only need 3 (all the same), one in the throttle and X & Y in the Fighterstick (don’t bother changing the throttle wheel). I have MTWSims magnetoresistive sensors and his new 12 bit mainboards in my CH Fighterstick USB and Pro Throttle (mainboard going in PT tomorrow). They work perfectly, extremely accurate and solid.
A couple pics of the installed items - read about them here

Installed the MTWSims 12 bit CH Throttle Mainboard today, went as planned, no issues. Green is OEM, Blue is MTWSims.
Edit: I should add that if you still rely on the abandonware CH Control Manager you can not install the new 12 bit mainboards, but the magnetoresistive sensors work perfectly. Also, notice the plug for the axis is offset to the left, which is NOT correct. I took that picture just to show MTWSims it can be mounted incorrectly. The overhang should be on the other end so the blue wire has a pin plugged into it of course, just like the OEM plug, no way it will work the way it is situated in the pic…

Does anyone know any place where I could get a CH Throttle pot with cheap shipping to central Europe? I just need one pot, and have a tight budget, so 30$ shipping for a 4$ part puts me off the store in the OP. 22 euros (plus unknown shipping costs) is also a bit too much.
Of course, the thing had to start acting up just as BMS devs fixed the tankers…
