Maybe my English in not soo good but I do not understand you. You simply lineked my request… I posted how I got the stuff. Do you know how I was surprised whan I noticed that not only the main UI page was different?

Moini - I know your english is very good when it comes to talking about thrust vectoring and sam engagement zones I’m sure you understand me perfectly.
Yes you can use it but the UI looks out of whack because the background on the theater selection screen is for a different theater. That’s not how I make the UI.

Red is still a bit too weak. Way better than before, though. How about adding more reinforcements for China/Russia in order to overwhelm Blue?
On day 4 it’s practically over. I’ll probably never finish a campaign

I can add more PRC jet, but there is a serious issue in campaign design. If you put PRC jets on DPRK AB, there is a huge chance that ABs have been destroyed when PRC enters into conflict. Therefore they won’t mean reinforcement. In FF AC for force ratio counting are subtracted if they are stationed an inoperative airbase. –> CIS / USSR can join. If BMS4 does not count this way the force ratio USSR never will enter, because you cannot destroy PRC’s jets.
Other issue if I add too many squadrons for one base I do not know what will happen ATO slots as well as spot points on airbase if you fly close in 3D world. I have to say more aribase should be added for PRC, but I’m not so brave to add new objects for campaigns, especially airbaes. They will be only parially functional. As long as players do not want to use, it is not a serious issue. Radio comm (name) and ILS would be probleamitc, but as I know for AI this is not an issue.
USSR have very strong jets. I assigned them as DPRK jets for testing. They mean very serous threat - MiG-29/31 and Su-27 - for RoK jets, even for USAF jets either. Ground troop OOB also unfinished.
Just reported a Hungarian guy that to keep functinonal blue airbases is much harder as in stock version. I can add more jets on red side, but from my aspect creating more harder campaign in not equal to simply put “unlimited” jets on red side. (Not counting the FPS issue…) This is the best ATO that I was able to set with my skills. Maybe 2D world values are also “strange” but I won’t touch them. I do not know how they are working.

Note that GBU’s are used to bomb runways. Too bad Durandals aren’t present in the eighties. That’s probably intended, but I don’t do GBU->runway runs, it just doesn’t feel… right
I promised to do some research on the AI coded into the 2D world in order to improve mission selection parameters, but I can’t do it yet. Need to work first to get some money after a major spending on an X65f
Edit: SAMs are problematic. They don’t fire enough, only the first day are they efficient.

BLU-107 is available for some US jets.
I never played so long that I could reach 2nd day. Did you get RWR spikes? I mentioned that in campaign SAMs act like differently as in TE. In TE they can use their maximal eng. range. If I put the same SAM is campaign eng. distance for SA-2/3/4/6 is only aobu 12-13nm regardless what is in DB. I do not know why.

Near the end, tons of useless Blue BARCAP orbiting the same point on the 2D map. Took 8 days total.
Only shot down 30 red AC and Red was barely sending anything near the end. Blue strength 2/3 and Red 1/5 of total.
Awaiting the strongest campaign.
The night flew first MP formation flight. It felt weird having Amraams again.

Can you post the force level graph about air and ground vehicles? What about status of red airbases? The 30 AA kill concerning the whole campaign by by yourself? Which diff. level was selected? A HUN guy selected Ace.
In next release I can increase the total qty. of SAMs. The curent total SAM qty. is less than the original, but their placement it totally different. Maybe I can try place some as a reinforcement, therefore even you kill many on the beginning you can meet SAM threat later.
What about blue side reincforcement? Did they arrived? Did CIS / USSR joined into conflict? If it didn’t I will try to set different force ratio in next release. Have you met any MiG-29/31 and Su-24/27? What about blue SAMs? Was the red side able to destroy some? What about blue airbases? Can you send me your last saved game? After 8 days that campaign was over with a “win” or did you jsut quit? I aks beause of campaign funcionality.

Cadet difficulty. Wasn’t comfortable with higher at the time.
SAM idea seems good. Especially sixes and 11’s if applicable.
Both China and Russia joined.

Can you open the force level window to see the timelime of force levels?
My guess the cadet difficulty level is the problem. This also explains why were so passive the SAMs. In Falcon never set lower diff level as rookie, but IMHO the minimum is veteran, or at leas ADA ada and pilot skill.

I do not know, but it is possible. Maybe I will try to set bigger PRC/CIS, but the available airbase qty. is inevitable. Even I put more squadrons on far airbaseses, close to country border, they can be destroyed before PRC/CIS join.

I heard that Veteran is better than Ace, that true?
