3D vision with Nvidia glasses
-
Any Nvidia 3D glasses users in BMS? I posted something sometime ago about this, but before I got the system setup. I now have an Nvidia Geforce graphics card, a BenQ monitor with Nvidia 3D vision, The glasses and emitter. Drivers installed. 3D vision is finally working. Yay!
In my previous post I talked about having a pair of wired Nvidia glasses and when in Falcon4.0 the 3D experience was cool. I think without tweaking F4.0
Now The cockpit in BMS looks 2D, in perusing through forums I came across getting the 3D affect may require Head Tracking IR? Do you think it would be beneficial? I’m going to buy one, but curious on opinions. I think IR tracking would be good for other reasons, but would be extra nice if it added more 3D. -
@finsterdow imo it’s the “moving your head around slightly” that provides the real sense of 3D perspective… as much or more so than stereoscopic vision.
BUT at this point I’d wait for vNext before making any hardware purchasing decisions.
