-
First tests Campaign day1 at Kimpo and some I.A. without VGA overclock I saw a slight increase in FPS and didn’t notice anything wrong… Have in mind I have the thing on it’s limits… :lol:
Hopefully till Monday - Tuesday I will report back with full missions flown MP and non MP.

@ Arty , just to clear my lags problem I posted before in this thread I confirm my 9800gt works good with old drivers.
Today I’ve found 275.33 for W7 64 bit and that annoying lags disappeared.
I’ve had just some problems to find driver sweeper for W7 but I solved
I thought it was good to clarify for older cards owners.
cheers

@RPG:
Well as long as the new drivers they put out keep saying 'FPS boost for 5xx series then I’ll install them, when they stop saying that then thats the point I’ll quite with the new ones, unless i upgrade to a 6xx series of course.
Not always work like that… there was an earlier version that was telling that but gave from 30FPS with old version drivers to 5FPS with newer drivers in Falcon… So…

Anybody using the new driver for a Nvidia GTX 570 Super OC? If so, how well do they work?

I just use everything at max and with Fraps it shows 60 FPS unfortunately it is not shown on the picture. I hope it helps.

Just upgraded to to the new 306.81 drivers from 301.42. With no change in settings, I can confirm a 5 or 6 FPS increase. I also noticed that the FPS, in game, seems to be more stable with less fluctuation. My GPU is the 8800 512 GTS. With my game settings maxed, I’m seeing about 20FPS on the ground and 40+ FPS in flight. This jumps to the 50’s (frames locked at 58.) if I disable VSync. Hope this helps.

Sounds like good news, I updated a couple of days ago but haven’t run bms since then because of my coolie hat / toe brake problems on the cougar. I will give it a try over the weekend hopefully.
Cheers, Uwe

Downloading. Thanks.

310.7 incompatible with DisplayLink software. Had to roll back.

310.7 seems to work just fine for BMS though. I installed it yesterday and flew a TE and a campaign mission with no graphics issues.

Yes works fine on my main computer Stubbies, but on the computer that has the USB monitors and DisplayLink software it fubars the desktop manager. Also updater won’t install on that computer either (no loss).
