BMS 4.35
-
Hi,
I utilise the BMS 4.35 Base version in conjunction with the RTTConfig App to create and edit my RTTClient. Unfortunately my PC had a catastrophic crash and I lost the programme! I tried to re download it from the BMS Downloads section, but couldn’t get the torrent to work.
I would be very grateful to any member out there who still has 4.35, could send me a copy.
Thanks in advance
Regards

@VIPER-0 iirc there’s a way to tweak the BMS registry key, to make an entry for 4.35 that points to 4.37 directory?
(don’t need to spend hours and waste gigs of drive space, to keep 4.35 around)
anyone remember the details?

Hi,
Not that I’m aware of. On my old system, I kept 4.35 on a different drive and the App automatically found it. The same is true now as 4.35 resides on a NVMe Enclosure that I bought to port vital files from old to new and again the App recognises it with no issues. (It is of course removeable when not in use.)
More than can be said about my struggles with Win 11 enhanced security! Another story, which I will save for now. On the plus side, the new PC allows me to run BMS with all the bells and whistles turned on for the first time ever and its as smooth as silk.

@airtex2019 for completion here’s the registry tweak to make a “fake” 4.35 entry that points to your 4.37 directory … for purpose of fooling closed-source abandonware like RTTConfig

@Dram I can understand your enjoyment. I built a new system a little over 2 years ago. It was the first time running any Falcon 4 sim over 25 fps, and it was amazing!

Hi,
Very interesting and thanks! I can’t believe that I missed these additions to that old thread.
