Unsolved Config.exe - How to mark and save
-
Welcome back.
I returned to my favorite simulator from years ago, and I started with Falcon 4.0 with 3Dfx Voodoo 2 graphics, then Falcon 4.0: Allied Forces.
I don’t know if this is the right section, it’s about the “Config.exe” file and selecting it correctly and saving it. Below are the screenshots. If anyone knows how to do this, please help. ~ S! I will be grateful.

What is your question? It’s not clear. The screenshots look like Win7 not Win10…
If you’re experiencing an error you’ll have to paste a screenshot of what you’re seeing, on your system. (Use [alt+PrtScn] or [win+shift+S])

the executable on top top is supposed to be the launcher… not the Falcon BMS exe…
-
So I press the “CFG” Config icon in the Faclon BMS 37 window and I have such a window. I see that nothing is selected, so it should be like that?
-
@MaxPL no something is wrong.
I’ve seen reports from others, where this tool gets confused about your BMS install location.
Where / what folder do you have BMS installed?

C:\Falcon 4.37

@MaxPL not sure why we’re seeing F4Patch stuff there … someone more OG than me will maybe know what that means?
-
@MaxPL F4Patch should not be there. If it were me, I’d reinstall BMS. You should be using Config application not legacy F4Patch that should no longer exist in that folder.
-
Use the config.exe not F4Patch…
Remove F4patch and the .f4p file…
