Viper TQS and the hmcs dial not turning.
-
I can not turn the hmcs dial. All other dials and knobs turn, no problem, using the mouse and left or right clicking or using the scroll button, but for some reason, the hmcs dial will not move. I think it has to be related to the Viper TQS throttle, because I never had this issue with the warthog, but for the life of me, I just don’t know what exactly is causing this. This one has me stumped.

@Scotters check that the HMCS axis isn’t assigned to an analog axis. It will disable mouse clicking the 3d cockpit knob. It probably got mapped to one of the TQS knobs or increase/decrease analog base lever.

@Snake122
Thanks! Now at least I have a plan. -
@Scotters had the same happen with my new ICP. I assigned the sight to the CONT wheel. First time to ramp, I couldn’t turn it on. So I assigned the on/off to a shifted layer for the FLIR gain rocker on the ICP. Best of both worlds

@Snake122
You and Quasi Stellar were both right! When I first set up the WinWing ICP, I must have assigned the HMCS to the Cont dial.Thank you!
