Ok, the Eurowar is almost done. You have to remember that you can play independently the force sliders regardless of default difficulty levels. I underline this because this makes possible to give more ground units to red side while they SAMs and fighters remain the same. With this aspect wide force ratio options - from ~1.75:1:1 up to ~3.5:1 depending they type of unit - will be available not only this but in all campaigns.
I have to place about about 80 more battalions total for both side as reinforcement and some inf. for defense but the core of campaign is done. This is not so much considering this campaign currently has 650 units.
The files are corrupted?
Both 7zip and WinRAR says “unexpected end of file” -
I tested the SOJ effect in TE and campaigns. In stock campaigns won’t be EF-111A but will be another version of Eurowar with a single EF-111 sq. with 2AC and with modified mission profiles to limit their availability.
It is strange but longer range SAMs with longer range radars suffers much more from SOJ than shorter ones.
I changed my workstyle. Instead working rarely a lot I try to work in small steps even I just add 10-15 battalions / day but this leads eventually finished campaigns.
So far I was not able to create Su-24MP as SOJ AC for red side. I have tried all method except copy the whole EF-111A. In case I not succeed won’t be as extra campaigns with SOJ AC as I planned, the extra campaign will be unbalanced in favor to blue side.
Another way is sacrifice one of SOJ AC from EF-111A or EA-6B and convert into Su-24MP. They are both good looking now therefore it is a hard decision which should be selected.

About alternative campaigns. In case blue side have SEAD support I will lover the qty. of SEAD capable AC. I wish do not give up EA-6B or EF-111A, red side simply do not have SOJ AC but can have maybe more SEAD capable.
(In this case historical accuracy will be worse but I do not care.) -

Yesterday while I tested reinforcementes I let run the game with 6-7 hours without any interaction. The blue side killed too many SAMs - I wil try to solve this issue with different SEAD availability and DB values - but even this success red ground forces broke the DMZ at two locations and only the unstoppable A-10s could hold the frointline in 2D world. (The challanage rating was veteran.)
The red jets are simply too ineffecitve in 2D world - even the Su-25 - while a 4 ship A-10 flight can kill dozens of vehicles on a single mission… This is why I had to reduce the size of A-10 squadron even only one is available. Their survivability is far beyond the Su-25. I have tried to change 2D world modeling values but the situation remained the same. Same case for ARMs. Even I set 1 hit ratio instead 30-40 of ARMs they remained so deadly in 2D world as before. Now, I’m testing whan happen in case of lowered damage values. This also have effect in 3D world…

Eurowar campaign is completed. Of course after feedback I can modify it but it reached the “released” state. I’m working on Iron Fortress.

Great news! Anxious for the next updated version! (Thou I wouldn´t mind a “hotfix” just to be able to play right now the “release candidate” version of eurowar

Only the save2.cam and some DB files have to be overwritten for the update.

So, upload those files and we will playtest with a grimm in our faces (just curious to see how the EF-111 squadrons and other tweaks you´ve done so far)

The alternative SOJ supported campaign has not been created. My current plan is disable the AG role of Mirage F.1 in this alternative campagn (with SEAD capability) and likely I delete the only F-4G squadron. The only SEAD platforms will be F-16Cs with AGM-45 and AGM-88 and Mirage-2000D.

I didn’t look yet, is the Jaguar in BMS ? Because it was the main SEAD platform in the French Air Force until its retirement in 2005 (carried one Martel in centerline). Now the main french SEAD weapon is the SCALP-EG; the Mirage is theoretically Martel capable, but does not use it and I don’t know if the avionics are made for (the only picture I saw of Mirages carrying the Martel was during a trial on Mirage 2000C).

Yes, it is in DB. I did not get it SEAD role. Even just using a single F-4G with 12 AC, Mirage F.1 & Mirage-2000D with AS.37 and 2 x F-16s with AGM-88 and AGM-45 is too powerful on Falcon level. I will consider to disable the SEAD role of Mirage F.1 or Mirage-2000 in campaigns.

I think that in the name of realism, it would be indeed great to remove the F1 and 2000 from SEAD missions and eventually replace them with the Jaguar A.
Not something urgent, and anyway you do what you want with the campaign, I’m just doing some remarks

There is only one type of Jaguar in DB. I can give SEAD capability for Jag. but in this case the two other AC have to lost in campaign. In NATO were more then one Jag. operator therefore their capabilites were not the same. In TE of course all can carry ARMs.

i add Trueman in TE, add some AI to land. but AI and me cant land neither. -
Because only one CV group is functional what is used in campaign check which is used. Bad Boy placed the CV in Rollin Fire and in Iron Fortress the CV was funcional without touchig it. I have no idea how can be used CVs in TE therefore maybe they never worked… My priority is the campaign not the TE.

can not play in campaign RF too.
press “set tower” in DTC, not work,
press “tk off” and wait for taxi, when time up, auto jump back to strategy map, and all flight vanish. -
As I have said I have no idea how can be configured the TACAN CV and other issues. You can fly from carrier but it is not fully functional. I can accept any help…
The sq. are operational from CV that is the point in my campaigns. As long as there are no cockpit for any deck based AC - F-14 cockpit is WIP, F/A-18C is unfisined and partially not functional - I did not put any effort to find out how can be made 100% player functional CVs. Even the catapult launch is not functional. With F-14 the takeoff cat launch is not doable and with F-18 - as I can remember - only the takeoff works, but you cannot adjust yourself on cat…
I can’t fix everything alone…

i know how in original campaign, but i dunno the background theory.
there is a island at Kangnung east, 100nm away. how about place a runway there? for naval plane, as a temporary solution.
