Custom Modded Folder 4.32
-
If they were worried about something they would say it and most probably secure it. They are clear, they support only vanilla install, giving this unique freedom to moders and the community to experiment with and learn - provide - share, which brought Falcon to its current state. Something if I’m not mistaken u A.S did also.
-
Again as I stated in the first post:
My goal is to design an upgraded custom folder which will be fully compatible with a stock BMS install. This is the reason why I have left out alot of wonderful add-ons, and how I go about deciding which skins and models make the cut. The intent is to have the user fly as an upgraded stock folder with out ANY conflict with a default install. This is why I have been able to fly with others to this point without any conflicts.

Or just seperate the “DATA/Sim” folder into stock and “Add-on xxx Sim” so you guys can play in our own “sandbox”
Arty you are right, but having sooo many modders and projects, things sometimes can get messy (conflicts ??!??!?)…that´s all i am saying.
Falcon Online users do not have a problem with this in futre (validation), but others might have - maybe. -
Well sure things would be better as some squads have their own setup and messing with those will result in a pain.
Another thing ( posted earlier) is check wether the files exist in the theater folder then if not use the stock. -

So just to clarify, there is no download available at the moment?
-
Rthorflech, maybe you can release the current state of your mod folder. Let’s enjoy your efforts for the months/weeks to come before 4.33 is released to the community.

So - just to clarify: are you seeking clarification that there is no download available at the moment…?
-

@Ara’:
So - just to clarify: are you seeking clarification that there is no download available at the moment…?
just to clarify - are you trying to verify the status of my clarification request, or clarify the nature of my download request…?

All, please see first post for M3.0 release.
make sure you download and install both the objects and ACdata folders together some of the models will not show correctly if you don’t! Rookies please read/follow the install instructions in the first post.
There are 3 models which I am still working on:
F-15J skin for Tomcatz model
E-3 sentry- TBD
KC-10/KC-135 skin for Tomcatz model -
some wrong ?..yes…
-
Yup, which SU model is that?
edit:
This is an issue with the model itself. It was an older Tomcatz model. I was using it so that I would be able to have different SU skins for different versions. An ugly compromise I know, but I didn’t think you would actually try to fly it!! I will fix this issue in the next release… -
The difference.
