Device order is a possibility.
Check and adjust in the file: x:\Falcon BMS 4.33 U1\User\Config\DeviceSorting.txt

I did that.

Device sorting can be get re-written, check it again. Also, the teamspeak bug can prevent target profiles from working properly. The problem is especially insidious because the bug persists long after teamspeak closes. There is an easy fix.
If trouble persists post your device sorting here.

In the setup screen pushing a button on the joystick will show a joystick number. This number is interpreted by the key file which produces a callback which is the input to the sim. Diagnosing mismatching input is usually quickly done by pressing a sample button (e.g. trigger) and noting what button number is shown. Then that button number is compared to the key file to see what is the expected number for the desired function. The situation and solution is commonly obvious after this test.
What .tmc and .key files are in use? What button numbers are shown on the setup screen when a sample button is pressed on either controller?
