Air raid siren pre-commiting to Campaign

When 4.0 first came out, when you tried to start a campaign you had 3 arenas to choose from. Today they still exhist. When you hovered over the commit button (the Korea icon) on that first campaign page/screen you would hear an air-raid style siren. Once clicked you would hear the sounds of armor rolling out. Today that icon still exhists, and the armor sound is still there. But the air-raid siren - silence. Is it possible to get that back, or is it gone? And if it can come back, how does someone go about doing that? Is it something I can do myself on my system (find file x and alter it to include the siren) or is it something that could only be done by the BMS crew?
