Low Altitude Enroute plate for Balkans theater

Can anyone point me to a freely available plate as title describes?
Can access to all these (old plates pic below), except L-12, which is one of the needed plates…

http://skyvector.com/ offers some low alt routes. It’s free, but I dunno how accurate it is.

Also have you tried eurocontrol? You have to register but it’s free. I use it a lot for flight planning but never checked the Balkans area to be honest
