Hello, guys
I have downloaded several X56,X55 profiel from this site, but my Logitech X56 does not recognize them. The only profile it recognizes is the one downloaded from official web page.
My X56 software version is 8.0.213.0, driver version is 8.0.197.0, Joystick M/N version J-U0002Thank you for helping me!

Hhmmm….
so have you found out no ‘Logitech’ folder in your C:/Public/Public Documents path?
Or have you simply forgotten to insert those profiles in it?
With best regards.
-
Yes, I put the profiles in the folder C:\Users\Public\Documents\Logitech\X56 and I can see them as right click the icon.
As I load the profiles in the software, seemed the file is loaded but no key setting shown there. I did try several profiles but no succuss.
The only profile loaded correctly is the one downloaded form saitek web page, as attached -
I see…. all seem to be put in the correct way, should run fine then, as just as they do on my PC/system.
Never experienced something like before, to be honest.
I’m giving here the speech to those are far more expert than poor me, sorry if I can’t help you more. With best regards.

Thank you for your tip. BTW what is the version number of your software and driver?
Btw how can I read other’s profile and learn how to program?
-
Hello.
Mine are the same as yours.
So, if you have put some profiles in that folder, you should be able to see them also in the Logitech utility running. About how to learn programming your device, try to give a look in this same Forum all around… starting from other users’ questions and tips, I mean.
There is literally a huge lot of stuff here, and of any kind for any purpose, you know.
If you’ll make a search, you will be amazed. With best regards.

I used to plan to learn by reading and modifying other’s profile …… but not able to load them, pity
BTW you guys assign the joystick key to BMS via direct X input or keyboard mapping?
-
On my Saitek, Logitech X52/X65F used always a mixed setup. Everything that can go Direct X so 32 Buttons 8 Axis per device goes Direct X only if there are additional spare buttons such as on my X65F these are mapped through keaboard mapping
