hi Does Jan Has have ROCAF F16?
-
I changed the way the Jan Has Installers are installed. Basically, you have to use the JSGME software. This is to make sure installs do not get messed up and gives the pilot the option to run with them offline and if the host says that you have to have the default acdata files, you can disable the mod so you are still able to fly online. If you have any questions, please let me know here

I am very lost, but working on it for the first time. Looks like I missed a lot.

As from your question on another thread the packs are made for a specific theater. Don’t expect them to work properly if you apply them to another theater that might just be in the same terrain region as they might have complete different databases

I know that, I didn’t use mods of one theater in another. I am trying this with Kuwait theater only and cougar56th published JanHas’s work for that theater. This time I went through all the steps mentioned in the Falcon Lounge site but some knobs in the cockpit are still missing or inactive. Is it possible that I permanently corrupted the original files the first time I was copying things? in which case a total reinstall becomes necessary.

I think I need help installing the mods. I downloaded the korean, extracted which gave an executable, double clicked, installer ran smoothly, no change. A file called Mods was created. Copied the file into the MODS folder of the JSGME opened the Icon on desktop (Flacon BMS Mod Manager) activated the Mod file and still no change! what did I do wrong
-
All you should have to do is run the installer to the path it is set at. Then go into the Mod Manager and activate the MOD. Is anyone else having this issue?

what the specific path on the MOD manager? the thing is if I specify another besides the default it will say path invalid

ok looks like I needed to hit the apply button first
-
it worked fine with korea but didn’t work (the way I did it) with Kuwait 64.
Edit:
Now I have under the following:
yet the kuwait is not applied but the korea is applied. both of these folders were placed unde a single folder named Mods, so they are both under C:\Falcon BMS 4.35\Mods
-
Do you have the correct Kuwait theater? It should be the MidEast 128 version
-
I deleted the 64 and made a complete reinstall of the 128, both of which didn’t show the JH models. So far it only worked with Korea.
-
I am starting to think perhaps my JH Kuwait Mod download is not what its supposed to be
-
Now I am REALLY puzzled. Indeed I had the wrong JH kuwait mod file so I made a new download, and the name was even different made me feel very optimistic. Extracted it and went through the same process as the korea, just an install then activate mod by means of Falcon BMS Mod manager and the result is nothing! no change at all. By the way when I restatred the Falcon BMS Mod manager changed it’s Icon and now it no Icon.

which version 1 OR 2? the mideeast 128 has two versions and the JH mod has also been updated

there is one major difference between korea install & mideast.
When installing “JanHas 4.35.2 Korea F-16 and ALW” no additional folder is created in the Data folder. But when installing “JanHas 4.35.2 Kuwait F-16 and ALW” an additional folder (besides the Add-On Mideast 128 ) is created in Data folder named “Add-On Kuwait test”. Is that where the problem comming from? -
