Pit builder: missing keystrokes
-
You have to use PoBlocks and/or Pokeys Setup change the configuration of how an output functions on a key release - this is a way to turn a null output into a positive state output. I know you can use PoBlocks to do this, and I think you can also do this in Pokeys Setup - you can set the ON and OFF state pin outputs, and map those to the same callback as a way to create a momentary (or more complex switch - like a 3 way) switch with software. This is one of the reasons I chose Pokeys myself…though I may abandon them for another PoE interface I know of, currently in development.
Looks interesting and the right way to solve, will try with pokeys setup. Let you inow! Thanks

I think you should check the BMS technical manual pages 82 and 83 about the third part of the keyfile (sometimes you need to set the -2 option) and also the release 0x0 ––> 0x42 described in the fifth part.

But that only applies to DX commands not to keystroke callbacks

I think you can have dx keys with pokeys. Otherwise you can set a macro ending with the word {null} or [null] I dont remember what kind of bracket you need otherwise without null you are gonna have the key pressed down all the time.

This is where you can use PoBlocks to have the Pokeys respond with a string vise a 1 or 0…

After some tests on the oxy qty switch with both the full keyfile and the pitbuilder keyfile
With the pitbuilder keyfile and pokeys set to digital input
it works perfectly.

YetYHi Yety.
Tried the pitbuilder profile and set proper Pokeys pin as Digital Input, no change. And I think this is not the issue, callback is the same in both profiles. I think I need se help with Poblocks. -
Solved. Needs to set these cockpit controls as Virtual Joystick buttons in Pokeys. That way it works!

Great that you got it to work. :headb::D
