I Need a advice

I am going to buy a new computer and these are the main especificacións:
I 7 4790 3,6 GHz
Nidia GeForce Gtx 970
Monitor aOC 2868 4 k
Will can my new computer run Bms 4.32 at Max resoluciones, all shaders and more than 60 fpm?
Thanks in avance -
Should be no problem, but I would consider getting an i5 cpu and saving some cash. No game nor sim I know will make of the i7 hyper threading.

What motherboard and power supply? How much RAM? Like many things a PC is system and the components must work together.

I have that processor, it is insane. I use gtx 580, 16 gig ram and asus hero vi motherboard. All high settings and 2560x1440 resolution, supersmooth.

Only thing that comes to mind, is to make sure you get lots of GPU memory. 4K is going to eat it, and in the future the shaders (and whatnot physics engines etc) will eat lots of memory, and you can’t add it later.

Is it solely for BMS? one 970 is nowhere near enough power for regular gaming at 4k.
-
I wouldn’t say that: especially for a bit older games the triangle or texel rate is not a limiting factor at all.
The 4K will require much more fill rate, but for otherwise simple graphics engine even a single card may be able to do it. 970 is quite good card, even if yours is a super system (>3000€ GPUs alone). For newest games with more shader tricks and very detailed bumbmapped and what not, I agree.

Farcry with 3 970s in sli on ultra gives 40-45fps
COD with 3 970’s in sli on ultra gives 60fps
Those are two newer ones^^A single 970 on games that only need a lower spec gpu (BF4, Fifa15 etc) should see you at about 40fps ish, maybe a tad less depending on settings.
The best way to find your fps is to google fps of a game at 1080p with a single 970 and then divide it by 4 (as 4k is just that 4x 1080p)
The 970s and 980s are crap for 4k to be honest, the R290x gives waaaay better performance at 4k on a per card basis due to bus width.
But if it’s only for BMS, then a 970 will be fine (290 is better) and a 4790 is overkill, as mentioned an i5 will do the job perfectly.
