I’m not sure if there is some kind on .cfg line to control the guns, but i cannot seem to get the gun to fire in TE or in Campaign. It works in IA but if i switch the Hud settings i lose the guns. Wierd. Is there a swithc configuration maybe to disable the guns. I’ll fly along check AA is on/mode, Master Arm is ON. SMS and Radar mode are on “Ready” status, i toggle thru them and on the SMS page on the mfd missles are there but no gun. i mapped a switch for DF - Override and it toggles between missles but the DF position/mapping still wont return Guns to be fired, no radar calculated funnel.

The key is that you have Trigger Detent 2 mapped in Setup. Don’t use a button labeled “guns” - use the generic Trigger Detent 2, and note that the gun will not fire using Trigger Detent 1. If you’ve got this you should be all good.
I always use the generic button assignments for all of my own mapping.

Worse now, IA starts with a different HUD, NAV. No Guns available . i cannot seem to retrieve them - check MAster ARM and Radar. NO JOY!
YES there is a God!. Needed to use the Cancel DF/Cancel MSL to reset it. Thanks STEVIE

I was about to ask about that as well. Seems they made a change to how to invoke Cancel, and for the better, IMO!
