Cougar throttle VHF issue
-
Gents,
My Cougar throttle won’t transmit on VHF when i push my throttle all the forward (cut’s off around the AB detent). I first noticed this issue when i modded my throttle to hall effect sensing using a A1302 hall effect sensor with a small neodymium magnet….as per this thread here. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=69785
Anyway i’ve had enough and i’m fed up of trying to transmit on VHF using AB and finding that i’m unable to do so (real PITA in dog fights). Therefore i’m thinking about getting a rotary hall effect sensor similar to the one cubpilot used to sell which i believe were Midori QP - 2HC.

Anyone have any recommendations as to alternatives for the Midori sensors since last time i enquired they were $80 a sensor with a min $100 order all the way from America.
I’ve been looking at this one for example?
