Violent yaw control

Regardless of altitude and load out my AC generates violent yaw oscillation @ high speeds. (above M1)
Funny thing is as soon i try to record it with acmi or fraps it stops. Hence no acmi or video. To show whats happening. Does anyone know the cause or if there is a fix ?
