Can't toggle jammer?
-
Hi,
Trying to learn the new ECM system, but finding that while I can toggle the jammer ON (green ECM on left panel and 5xA on ECM panel) I can’t toggle it off again with the same key.
I read the other thread about ECM power-up bug, but I’m not sure that is applying to me as I can turn the jammer ON. I’m unable to switch it OFF without cycling the ECM system.

@Tiger-0 Confirmed … the ECM functions have changed in 4.37.
The [J] key callback was always named
SimECMOn
in the key files, but used to toggle the jammer on/off.Now, it only turns jammer on (gives consent) same/similar to
SimCMSDown
. And we must useSimCMSRight
to turn it off (revoke consent).Anyway, the key-file label text for
SimECMOn
still says “toggle jammer” so it’s either a code-bug or a documentation-bug, or the key files need updating.SimECMOn -1 0 0x24 0 0 0 1 "SHORT: Toggle Jammer"

Interesting, I notice it’s absent from ‘Complete Callback List.txt’ so maybe the intention was to deprecate that callback? But it’s obvs still present and active in the code… idk
C:\Falcon BMS 4.37\Docs\01 Input Devices\02 Key File Editor> type "Complete Callback List.txt" | grep -i SimECM SimECMBit SimEcmMode1 SimEcmMode2 SimEcmMode3 SimEcmMode4 SimEcmMode5 SimEcmPowerOff SimEcmPowerOn

Seems I need to re-work the keybinds for 4.37 as it appears there are older callbacks in my keyfile that are not present in the new “Full” keybinds for 4.37.
Will the 3D pit get an update for clickspots? I see callbacks for ECM self-test and the 5 operational modes, but the cockpit is not clickable for these items.

U1 will be updated with full callback list

Awesome! Thank you!
