F18 Wing Render Desync in VR

Issue
- F18 wing fold position is rendered differently between the two eyes in VR. The left eye appears to accurately reflect the wing position. The right eye seems to render the wing fold position as if it were an elevator, and then animate the wing correcting to set position after input is removed. Both wings are affected, but only one eye renders the scene as so.
Recreation steps
- Fly the F18 in the Naval Ops training scenarios included with BMS in version 4.37.1 using VR headset.

@Snax-0 In my experience it looked more like the right eye’s wing fold was tied to the flaps position rather than the elevator.

I noticed this during dev and already informed chihiro long time ago
This one is absolutely amazing and worth deep investigation since if one DOF is impacted how about others potentially ? That’s beyond understanding
